As a former substitute teacher and current middle school teacher, I wish all parents would use a tool like this. Online tools are great, but research shows putting pen to paper engages your brain in a different way. This book is organized in a way that makes it structured but also flexible. There are columns for all the key info (subject, assignment, due date, status) and sections for notes and thoughts/problems. The lines are clean and the use of color is visually pleasing and appealing to kids. Plus the motivational quotes on the top of each page are a nice touch. My students have all their assignments online, but having a book to track things to help them and their parents stay on track would be so much better. I highly recommend this book for both parents and students.
